• Mackay locals: at checkout, you can select local pick up if wanting to collect from our Harper Bee Mackay store within 1hour of ordering (business hours). You will find Harper Bee store at 118 Wood St, Mackay QLD 4740
• All other orders: If the product you purchased is in stock, the Harper Bee team will notify you via email with a shipping and payment notice. You will be informed when your items have been shipped and when your credit card has been charged or your payment method has been accepted. In-stock items typically ship within 3 business days of placing your order. We use Australia Post for shipping. You can choose between standard and express shipping at checkout, each with different charges based on the delivery speed. We are located in Mackay, North Queensland so please allow for delivery to your location.
